FULL MOON MEDITATION
DECEMBER 25th 2015

MEDITATION AT 9:00 PM
To be done in a circle with other people or
alone, manifesting the intention of joining one of the circles doing the
meditation at distance.
RECOMMENDATIONS
Wear white
clothes if possible.
If the
meditation does not take place outdoors, prepare an altar where the four
elements
must be present: Earth, Water, Air and Fire.
Light up a
white candle in front of every attendant, and another one in the center of the
circle.
People
attending this kind of meditation for the first time should be sitting inside
the circle.
When
holding your hands, place the left palm upwards (income) and the right palm
downwards (outcome).

WHAT TO BRING:
A white candle.
One quartz of any kind.
It will accompany
us during the complete cycle, until we’ll give it to the Earth in the Summer of
2016.

PURPOSE
THE
BIRTH
THE BEING OF CHRISTIC LIGHT IN YOU
EMERGES
We are beings creators of our
reality and we constantly do so with our thoughts, acts and words.
Tonight we are going to use our
creative energy to give power to the purpose of our hearts. The moment has come to manifest oneness. It’s time for us to allow our inner
light to emerge, in order that a truly shift towards love, and respect too, can
be operated in our lives.
Our souls carry that energy. We have
been feeding our awareness for nine months now with the unity frequency, with
the intention that today they can help us moving forward in harmony with our
hearts.
Heart is soul’s dwelling, and it
longs for being completely manifested in our lives and on the Earth. It yearns
for being able to spread its message over it. We are
love, we are light, we are one. From that perspective it is easier to abandon struggle, to restore peace
in our own selves and in the world.
The new human being is born today upon the Earth, thanks to the aware collaboration of
thousands of people, united today with this purpose all over the planet.
PREPARATION AND RELAXATION
Close your eyes and get ready to
relax.
Inspire deeply and let the air be
softly released.
PAUSE (10 seconds)
Innerly repeat:
I show my respect to the
being of light that I am
PAUSE
and to the being of light
that everyone attending to this meditation is.
PAUSE
Here and now, I activate my connection with
divinity.
PAUSE
Feel it and wait a few seconds for
the energy to be harmonized in the circle.
PAUSE (30 seconds)
Now request a tube of light to appear, from the Source
to the center of the Earth.
PAUSE
You are inside that tube of light.
PAUSE (30 seconds)
Request that a bath of violet light descends, to help you be balanced.
PAUSE (10 seconds)
To liberate and transform into light
any energetic blockade, mental,
physical or emotional,
that you currently have or have had
until now.
PAUSE (40 seconds)
The violet light descends and sets
you free from all of that,
transforming it into light and
giving it to the Earth.
PAUSE (30 seconds)
Ask now for a bath of blue light.
PAUSE (10 seconds)
Blue light grants you serenity and
braveness.
Feel it reaching you, from the
Source to the center of the Earth.
PAUSE (40 seconds)
Finally request a bath of solar light.
PAUSE (10 seconds)
Receive it from the Source, allowing
it to go through you to the center of the Earth.
PAUSE (30 seconds)
In contact with the solar light, your
soul awakens.
It starts to grow up in the center
of your chest.
PAUSE (10 seconds)
It grows up and up until fully
encompassing you.
PAUSE
The tube of light is expanded with
it.
PAUSE
Now, your soul is also being fully
benefited
from the solar light that the Source
is sending you at this moment,
to nourish you and remind you your origins
of light.
PAUSE (30 seconds)
The Earth is also benefited by that
solar energy, which is going through you towards her heart.
PAUSE (20 seconds)
Gaia’s heart receives it with love.
PAUSE
and she gives you her gratitude.
PAUSE
Feel the energy of the Earth
ascending to you through that tube of light that connects you with her.
PAUSE
Be nourished with her power and
unconditional love.
PAUSE (1 minute)
MEDITATION
Inside the bubble of light, which is
your own soul,
feel how the Source nourishes you now with
the frequency of unity.

That energy that will be expanded
all over the Earth, from today on.
PAUSE (30 seconds)
Inside the bubble of light, which is
your soul,
you know that an important moment is
approaching.
PAUSE
Something you have waiting for nine
months:
the
birth of a new being in you.
PAUSE
During that period you have gone
through an intense process of gestation,
PAUSE
in which you have learned a lot
about yourself and your life.
PAUSE (10 seconds)
You have felt the effects of unity
in you,
PAUSE
what
happens when your mind and your heart are united,
to move forward hand in hand and to
create your life in unity.
PAUSE
Remember it: inner unity is the base
for your evolution,
both personal and spiritual.
PAUSE
Feel that unity in you.
Perceive the nexus that links your
mind and your heart, the dwelling of your soul.
PAUSE (1 minute)
Perceive as well the
voice of your soul speaking to your mind, to your awareness,
to show it the way forward.
PAUSE (30 seconds)
That way starts with kindliness, generating doings of goodness,
to you yourself and to the others.
PAUSE (10 seconds)
You already did it in the second
month of gestation.
Remember it and feel the kindliness
emerging from you to your own life and to the others.

Feel detachment too.
PAUSE
As you did in the third month,
let go everything that prevents you
from being one inside you and with the others.
PAUSE
Behaviours and attitudes that limit
your advance in harmony with your heart.
PAUSE (1 minute)
While you were developing yourself as
a new human being you nourished with the frequency of unity, that impulses you,
constantly, to be love instead of fight in you reality.
Feel it, remember it.

While you grew up, in that gestation
process, the frequency of unity nourished you deeply,
for you to have trust in yourself and in life
PAUSE
and to manifest, from the first
moment, the evolution towards love, respect and oneness.
PAUSE (10 seconds)
Trusting that every step that comes
from the heart, the soul’s voice,
is right and precise, in that moment
in which you take it.
PAUSE (10 seconds)
Also trusting that life will support
your evolution and the one of the whole,
every time you dare to go forward,
PAUSE
providing you with everything that
you need to fulfill its purpose of life.

Remember as well, that in that
process, you need to advance in constant contact with your heart,

daring to feel.
PAUSE
Feeling everything that life offers
you to learn and enjoy.

Advancing with an open heart, with
no fear to any emotion,
to any experience.

Trusting, fully trusting in you and
in the wisdom of life,

which brings to your door all that
you need to evolve
and to contribute your bit to this
shift in awareness.

Also remember that
vital breath is your soul,
which is already fully integrated in
the new human being, carrying the frequency of unity.

That new human being whose plan of
life is to materialize unity upon the Earth.

To create the New Earth in unity
with oneself and with the others.
PAUSE (10 seconds)
You have been preparing yourself
during nine months for it.
PAUSE
For this birth that it is about to
happen.
PAUSE (20 seconds)
Allow
the being of christic light in you arises
PAUSE
and his light is expanded throughout
your aura.
PAUSE (40 seconds)
Feel his mighty frequency, his high
vibration.
PAUSE (10 seconds)
Realize that it emerge from you
yourself.

Because it is in you
PAUSE
Because it is you

A human being ready to be one in
himself and with the others.

Feeling that his purpose of life is to recover the
Earth’s unity,
oneness from the heart.

Understanding that the light that
makes us brothers is love

and that we all carry it inside.

The new human being is born in you.

Manifest it in your life as a
reality.
Look at your life from that new perspective

and marvel at the miracles that you
are able to create,
with that light expanded from your
heart.

The new being, who is you yourself
in aware contact with your inner light,
fully remembers that her purpose of
life is to bring unity to Earth.

Your life is filled with light.

Your relationships, your
experiences, your purposes…

Everything arise renewed, thanks to
the christic light emerging from you,
PAUSE
which you, now, will take to the
world.

Imagine now that baby who grows up in the center of
the circle,
immersed in the Earth’s uterus.
PAUSE
Let’s give her our light to help her
being born.
PAUSE
That baby will represent the new
human being that will populate the Earth from today.
PAUSE
A human being immersed in the
frequency of unity,
who remembers her origin and her
purpose of life.

Give her your love.
PAUSE (10 seconds)
Fill her with your own light.
PAUSE
And as you do it, little by little,
feel how you become closer to her,

to fuse with her and become one with her.

The christic light in
each heart nourishes now that baby who we all are.

Everybody, as one, getting ready to
be born in the New Earth,
the one that we will create in unity
starting today.

All the people
performing this meditation in the distance join us now as well.

In the center of the Earth, all as one nourishing that
baby,
with the christic light of our
hearts.

That baby is nourished with it and
is getting ready to emerge.

Remind her that her purpose
of life is to manifest unity.

Remind her to trust in herself, at
every step in the path.
PAUSE (10 seconds)
Remind her that all the answers are
in her heart.
PAUSE (10 seconds)
Little by little the
birth of the new human being happens,
fully vibrating in the frequency of
oneness.

Colourful lights burst all over the Earth.

Bringing back the memory of his
origin to each human being.

Connecting consciences with their
hearts.
PAUSE (10 seconds)
Christic light emerging from every heart.

Love and unity coming back to the
Earth, to stay.

The frequency of unity is expanding throughout the
Earth

and nourishes us through the breath,

through the air, through the sun,
the water

and through all the elements making
up matter.

It is installed in our cells, to
give them back the memory of the origin.

Life retakes the direction, in full connection with
love.

All the living being are now fed up with
the frequency of unity.

An energy which also permeates into
the inner layers of the Earth,
giving balance back to the
ecosystems.

We have created it in unity,
PAUSE
with the power of united intention
focused to love.

Thousands of people all over the
Earth.

Infinite gratitude for your
collaboration.

Take that awareness to your life

and remember, every day, that unity
is possible from you.

It is now a reality in you and in
the rest.

Now, all together, we must nourish
it with the light emerging from the heart,

with the answers of the soul,
with the solutions of the soul,
which are the ones that truly will
help us feeling like brothers and sisters.
Brothers and sisters evolving together on this planet.

Beings of Light who have voluntarily accompanied us to support this meditation.

and the Sun, for helping us with their energy, their light and their strength.
Place your hands on the Earth and
ask her to absorb from you all the energy that your physical body is not able
to sustain.

NETWORK OF LIGHT
MANIFESTING
UNITY
The
Network of Light is created with the Full moon meditations. We convoke them in
this phase of the moon because the full moon amplifies all that is done during
the days it takes place. We thus amplify
the effect of the meditation. An effect which is as it is very powerful, due to
the strength of UNITY.
Furthermore,
following the cycle of the Moon, we also respect THE NATURAL CYCLES through
which our loving planet undergoes and we reactivate the effect of the Network
of Light with a new meditation in each new cycle.
We
meditate united in a circle and then we join this energy that is created
by each circle to the one that is being created by other circles at distance.
It´s a circle of light destined to first balance one ownself and then
help humanity and the planet.
At
present there are more than 1000 groups which perform it in the whole world, a
number that is growing each day.
Would you like to organize them in your city?
We will send you the meditation each
month. You will only have to call the people and read it. You can start
with a few friends or relatives. The ideal would be to organize it the way you
feel is the best. You must feel comfortable while doing it, and it should also
have your own energy and your own way of doing it.
The only thing we ask you for is that it should be a
completely free activity, open to all those who would like to participate.
